SMS Messaging Terms

These SMS Messaging Terms explain how AllInNation, LLC ("we," "us") sends text messages in connection with the ALL IN Tools platform and marketing sites at allintools.com and app.allintools.com (the "Service"). By opting in to receive text messages from us — through a web form, checkout, or the chat widget on our sites — you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
When you provide your mobile number and opt in, we send text messages related to your relationship with us. This is a transactional and service messaging program, not a bulk promotional blast.
2. Message Types
You may receive:
- Account & security notifications — sign-in alerts, verification codes, and account changes.
- Support messages — replies and follow-ups to questions you send us.
- Service & appointment updates — status, scheduling, and service notifications tied to your account.
We do not send unsolicited marketing texts to numbers that have not opted in.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity and the notifications you enable. There is no fixed number of messages per period.
4. Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier under your plan; we do not control or set them. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Opt Out — Reply STOP
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number. You may continue to use the Service without SMS.
To re-subscribe, opt in again through a form or the chat widget, or reply START.
6. Help — Reply HELP
For help, text HELP to any message from us, or email support@allintools.com. Replying HELP returns an automated message with a description of this program and our support contact.
7. Consent & Privacy
Opting in is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
8. Supported Carriers
Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
